APPLICATIONS For Services


Applications for services are taken over the telephone Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.  Please note, if you are applying for services:


You must be a resident of the state of Oklahoma

You must be a member of a federally recognized Tribe

You must fall within our low-income eligibility guidelines.

OILS cannot assist individuals who are incarcerated.  OILS cannot represent applicants with criminal charges in state district court or federal court.

When calling our office number, you will be asked to leave a message.  Please leave your name, your telephone number with area code, and a brief description of your request for legal assistance. NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE YOUR VOICEMAIL SET UP IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK.
